“Lawrence Oppong Kyekyeku is here to stay”

Agona Swedru-based Ghanaian musician, Lawrence Oppong Kyekyeku, affectionately called LOK, has expressed his readiness to take gospel music from Ghana to the rest of the world.

LOK who is a professional accountant and his team, have put in place all the right measures to take the world by storm through his music.

In an interview with The Spectator, he said, his kind of music was Country Gospel, with a blend of reggae, highlife, funky and a mixture of  other genres to propagate the message of God.

LOK started his musical journey right from Junior High School but hit the limelight two years ago.

According to him, even though it had not been an easy journey, he was fortunate to be with the management team (QTMuzik) around him.

He said, his team had everything to propel any artistes to the top of world music, stressing that “with what I have seen the sky is the limit, the Lawrence Oppong Kyekyeku brand is here to stay.”

Ahead of the unveiling of his Extended Play (EP), LOK has released, I will Bless You, Kokroko andWoso, the rest of the songs would be released by the close of the year.

He expressed appreciation to his fans for their support and urged them not to give up but show more affection towards his projects.
