All set for Sparkle Day with Vivie’s Dance Factory

Students would once again have an opportunity to showcase their talent at the 4th Sparkle Day slated for June 18, 2022, at the National Theatre.

Sparkle Day is a dance recital organised by Vivie’s Dance Factory at the end of the dance year for students to showcase their skill. This is a confidence boosting experience for students as they perform on a big platform.

For this reason about 400 students from their studios and partner institutions will perform.

The theme for the event is, ‘Get Back Up Again.’

Vivie’s Dance Factory is a dance and drama school made up of passionate and professionally trained artists to promote the arts through education, performance and entertainment.

Vivie’s Dance Factory believes children in Ghana have great talent, unfortunately, there aren’t many creative arts hubs to provide professional training to nurture these talents.

For this reason, they provide a platform for children to find their talents and develop them into a skill that will serve them not only in the performing arts but also in all aspects of their lives.

Vivian Boateng Chief Executive Officer of Vivie’s Dance Factory holds a Degree in Theatre and Dance Studies and Masters of Fine Arts in Directing from the School of Performing Arts, University of Ghana, where she currently serves as an Assistant Lecturer. She is a Director, Choreographer and Ballet Instructor.
