Ingredients

-5 fingers of plantain (Apem)

-5 cocoyam(optional)

-Yam(optional)

-Water and  salt to taste

Preparation

-Put water on fire to boil

-Wash, peel plantain and cut into preferred size

-Wash well again

-Put food into boiling water

-Add  salt to taste

-Cover and boil until food is tender

-Drain off the water when tender and serve with garden egg stew, Kontomire stew etc.
