Cupcake is a small cake baked in a cup-shaped paper container and generally iced.

Ingredients

250g unsalted butter, softened

250g caster sugar

250g self-raising flour

4 medium eggs

Four tablespoons milk

Pinch of salt

Ice cream scoop

Instructions

Keep butter and eggs at room temperature for 30 minutes

Combine butter and sugar

Add eggs and vanilla

Alternate including dry and moist ingredients

Fill the cupcake liners

Bake and cool cupcakes

Frost and enhance
