Cupcake is a small cake baked in a cup-shaped paper container and generally iced.
Ingredients
• 250g unsalted butter, softened
• 250g caster sugar
• 250g self-raising flour
• 4 medium eggs
• Four tablespoons milk
• Pinch of salt
• Ice cream scoop
Instructions
• Keep butter and eggs at room temperature for 30 minutes
• Combine butter and sugar
• Add eggs and vanilla
• Alternate including dry and moist ingredients
• Fill the cupcake liners
• Bake and cool cupcakes
• Frost and enhance
