With the hallmark of showcasing of African culture to the world in a grand style, this year’s Rhythms on Da Runway is slated for November 14, at the East Legon Underbridge.
This year’s event, which will parade leading designers and models in the country dubbed ‘100% GH Edition’, according to the organisers is a testament of the collective resilience of Ghanaians.
It was revealed at the launch held at African Regency Hotel last Thursday that the likes of Kelvin Boy, MOG, Kwabena Kwabena, Efya, Chayuta, A-marie, King Promise, Kuami Eugene, Camidoh, The hilarious Clemento Suarez, KJ, and CoachFreeman would be there.
Interestingly, for the first time, Kojo Akwaboah and his son, Akwaboah Jnr will perform together at the event.
The audience would be delighted by designs from KOB Fashions, Step Up, Carlos Collections, Lawen Taylor, Ben Kontoh, Katie O, Lush Lahai, Chocolate by Kweku Bediako, Ato Tetteh, Tetteh Plahar, Jay Ray, Sima Brew and Le Bon Collection.
The launch saw the likes of Andy Dosty, Epixode, Qwesi Oteng, Raskuuku, Elikem The Tailor, Akumaa Mama Zimbi, Nathaniel Attoh among others grace the occasion.
