Kofi Kinaata has a message…Seth Diamond justifies collaboration

Gospel musician, Seth Diamond has justified collaboration with secular musician, Kofi Kinaata on ‘My Hour’ song which was released last week.

The song which is one of the records on Seth Diamond’s ‘Take Over’ album is a testimony of God’s goodness and mercies.

Answering a question on his decision to feature a secular artiste on a gospel song during a press briefing last Wednesday at La Boutique Hotel in Accra, Seth Diamond said, “Kofi Kinaata’s music carries a strong message, he doesn’t just sing.”

According to the gospel musician, “everyone is allowed to praise God, that’s why i collaborated with him on a song on my album dubbed My hour, as people circulate the gospel around those who already know God, and leave others to their fate.”

He added that everything that had breadth should praise God, and for this reason, if a brother joined him to praise God, it was in order.

Touching on the songs on the album include, Onyame Ye, Dromo, Trust Issues, Take Over, Oh Jesus, and others.

The former Music Director of Central University Choir, Seth Diamond would be joined by Empress Gifty, Noble Nketia, Selina Boateng, Daugheters of Glorious Jesus and Herty Corgie on Sunday, September 26, at Anagkazo Assemblies (The life cathedral ) Lighthouse – Kasoa Ofankor in the Central Region for the launch of the Take Over album.
