The search for the new queen for the 20th edition of Miss Malaika Ghana, christened the ‘Emerald Season’ has commenced in earnest.

This year’s edition is dubbed the Emerald Season, of which the prestigious beauty pageant is expected to take a new turn with exciting additions.

According to the organisers, activities to mark this special edition would be communicated to the general public in the coming days, but as has been the convention for potential participants and contestants, one has to be in the age range of 18 and 25, beautiful, charismatic,  eloquent and intelligent to qualify.

For this reason, people will have to tag their preferred 20th Malaika Queen on with the hashtag #malaikaat20 on all social media platforms.

The processes triggered would pave way for the reigning Queen, Ama Tutuwaa to crown her successor in the coming months.

With the concept created in 2003, Miss Malaika Ghana powered by Charterhouse Production has over the years groomed ladies to jumpstart their career in various fields of endeavours like medicine, law, beauticians, models, actors, TV/Radio and event hosts amongst others.
