Ghanaian Fashionista, Richard Brown, has finally launched the Osebo brand in Accra to take over the world.

The launch of the exclusive collections which took place at the Sunlodge Hotel in Accra was made up of slippers, sandals, shoes, and clothes among others.

Unveiling the Osebo brand, models seen striding Osebo shoes hit the runway with catwalk to exhibit the new exclusive Ghanaian fashion brand.

Speaking at the launch which took place on Friday, January 12, Osebo revealed that the time had come for him to take on the world and prove his mettle in the area of fashion, as well as create employment.

The fashionista believes this would sell Ghana and open doors of opportunities for the youth.

He added that the journey to this phase of his life has taken time and patience to build such a brand for himself and all others directly and indirectly involved.

I have been in this business for 28 years and I feel this is the time to come out with my own brand of products. I have worked with much known brands outside the country so I got them to design my own products for me,” he noted.

Touching on his partnership with an Italian manufacturer and the way forward for him, he said, “I have been talking to them for years and I just got the approval last year. I have always been known as the Zaraman but now it is Osebo.”

The event was graced by some prominent personalities such as, Deputy Minister for Tourism Arts and Culture, Mark Okraku Mantey, George Quaye, Kwasi Kyei Darkwah, Azumah Nelson, Okyeame Kwame, Kwabena Kwabena, Nacee, Akua Amoakowaa of Ghana’s Most Beautiful fame, Nana Tonardo, Dr Osei Kwame Despite, Dr Ernest Ofori Sarpong, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, Piesie Esther and some members of the East Legon Excutives club among others.
