Former flagbearership hopeful, Professor Joshua Alabi yesterday picked nominations form for John Dramani Mahama to contest flagbearership of the National Democratic Congress(NDC).

Speaking after picking up the forms at the party headquarters in Adabraka, Prof.Alabi said,  “Ghanaians are asking for a well-experienced leader, leadership counts.”

According to him, if leadership counts then experience is the key, one who has done it before and one who is very humble, one who loves the people and one who believes in people-centred policies. 

“Fortunately for us in the NDC, as a country, we have somebody like that,” Prof Alabi said.

Many NDC faithful have been clamouring for the return of the former President to lead the party into the 2024 Elections.
