Member of Parliament, and New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate for Mfantseman Constituency, Hon Ekow Kwansah Hayford has been shot dead by unknown gunmen.
Information gathered by thespectatoronline.com indicates that Hon. Ekow Kwansah was shot dead by persons believed to be armed robbers while returning to his residence in Mankessim after campaigning in Dominase.
The incident which took place at 1:00am Friday, has left the country in shock and grief.
As a Member of Parliament, Ekow Kwansah Hayford served on the Judiciary and Defence and Interior committees in parliament.
