Test your popularity as Independent Candidate…Dr.Nyaho Tamakloe tells Alan Kyerematen

Founding Father of the New Patriotic Party(NPP), Dr.Nyaho Tamakloe has advised former Presidential Aspirant, John Kwadwo Alan Kyerematen to contest the 2024 general election as Independent Candidate.
According to him, this would help Mr.Kyerematen test his popularity.
Speaking in an interview with TV3 New Day morning show on Wednesday, he said “Alan Kyerematen should contest the general election as Independent Candidate to test his popularity.”
Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe believes that Alan Kyerematen would have been a better candidate to salvage the NPP, however a militia put in place by the government has worked against him.
According to Alan Kyerematen should have know this and resigned from the government long time.
Alan Kyerematen surprisingly pulled out yesterday from the party’s final flagbearer election slated for November 4,2023.
In a statement the former Trade and Industries minister revealed that the Special Delegates Conference was strategically and tactically skewed in favour of one particular candidate.
Mr Kyerematen placed third in the NPP Super Delegates Congress held on Saturday, August 26, when he polled 95 votes representing 10.82 per cent of the total votes cast in the election won by the Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia who won 629 votes, representing 68.15 per centof the total valid votes.
