The National Theatre of Ghana has released programmes for the month of Octobe
which aims to entertain and educate Ghanaians and entertainment enthusiasts
through its well-crafted stage drama series.
In an interview with The Spectator, Mr. Nii Ako Tetteh, Head of Public Affairs
Department at the National Theatre mentioned that there are a lot of lined-up
scintillating programmes by the theatre for the month of October to spice up
audiences mood.
According to him, the National Theatre would always come up with exciting
programmes that would entertain audience, and make them yearn for more
programmes throughout the year.
He said there are more upcoming enticing shows from the National Theatre for the
months ahead and promised fans of a more thrilling shows that would make fans
enjoy each and every show by the theatre.
Some of the programmes he mentioned include, a children variety show with
drama music and dance Fun World slated for October 16, an amateur drama
performance known as “Wednesday Theatre” slated for October 26, and Screening
of films known as “Movie Thursday” showing on October 27.
He expressed gratitude to patrons who watched the Poetry performance show
known as “Talk Party” in collaboration with Ehalakasa on October 6 and the
variety show involving comedy drama and music “Concert Party” on October 9.
