YAGA Cares Foundation donates to Islamic schools in Accra

A Non-Profit Organisation set up by Young And Gifted Africans (YAGA) with the aim of improving lives of the downtrodden has donated some learning  materials to two Islamic schools in Accra, Ghana.

The Organisation was founded by Aziz Tanko Nuhu, in Russia.

Its mission is to provide help for people badly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The organisation on March 18, 2021, donated some learning materials to two schools, Qubbatu Islamic primary school and Tafsiliyya School For Education at Nima in Accra.

Items donated included, 600 branded books,30 packs of fanta, four packs of bottled water, dfour box of Chalk for each School, eight packs of nose mask ( 2 for each pupil), four packs of Crayon for each school, Packs of toffee and four boxes of Pens.  In all, about 500 pupils from both schools benefited from the package.

According to Mr.Tanko Nuhu, “our ultimate goal is to bring back the children who are intellectually great back to their classrooms and support them financially and also put smiles on the faces of those already in the classrooms.”

The organisation seeks to cause societal change through education and youth empowerment.
