Apple Juice

Ingredients

Apple

Water

Preparation

-Wash, peel and remove seeds of apples

-Add water

-Put the peelings and inside fruit into a saucepan and stir in water.

-Reduce heat to simmer, and cookfor about 30 seconds, stirring occasionally until the water picks the apple flavour and colour.

-Drain the apple juice, discarding the apple pieces, and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

-Allow to cool and serve.
