Adiza Ibrahim, Head of Marketing & Media Relations at Electroland Ghana Limited and Founder of Zango Women Livelihood & Empowerment Programme has been adjudged the overall Woman of the Year at the 6th Ghana Outstanding Women Awards 2023 at the Accra International Conference Centre on September 10, 2023.

She won 2 awards on the night; Ghanaian Outstanding Woman of the Year 2023 and Ghana Outstanding Women Network 2023.

Over the years she has impacted and inspired many women with her drive in the corporate world, entrepreneurship and other empowerment initiatives.

This has won her many hearts and accolades from individuals and organisations.

Adiza juggles her corporate work and social advocacies to empower teens, adolescents and women especially those from underprivileged communities under a project called Zango Women Livelihood and Empowerment Programme which runs under her Kuburah Diamonds Foundation.

The foundation has trained and empowered hundreds of young ladies in various Zango communities.
