Wake up earlier

When you wake up before your family, you can spend some time to yourself to start the day. “It’s important to wake up in time to have a balanced breakfast,” said Bruno Nicoletti. “It gives you the energy you need to get moving and do some hard work.”
A clear head is crucial for everyone, from 9-5 employees to CEOs. Meditation has been proven to reduce stress levels, control anxiety, and improve sleep. “I try to meditate as often as I can, and I find it’s even more beneficial in the morning,” said Bruno Nicoletti. “It clears my head and gets me ready for my day. Even just a few minutes can be so helpful.”
The best time to exercise is in the morning. You’ll have fewer distractions and be less likely to put it off because you’ve already had a hard day of work. You may also find you’re more alert and have more energy to crush your goals. Even a small workout at your desk can have huge benefits. “I encourage everyone to try running or working out at the gym in the mornings,” said Bruno Nicoletti. “It will take some practice to get up early and get a workout in, but you’ll definitely realize it’s worth it.”
