Macaroni Salad

• Macroni salad

-1 macaroni –  6 cheddar cheese cubes

–  1 large onion

–  4 celery stalks (diced)

–  1 red bell pepper (diced)

–  1 cup of frozen peas

–  1/2 cup of mayonnaise

–  1/4 cup of applecider vinegar

–  1/4 cup of fresh dill

–  2 tablespoonfuls of sugar

–  2 tablespoonfuls of dijon mustard

Preparation

-Cook the macaroni until tender.

-Immediately run the macaroni under cold water so it doesn’t get sticky and prevent it from overcooking. Drain well.

-In a large mixing bowl, toss together cooked macaroni, cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper, and peas.

-In a small mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dill, sugar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

-Pour the mixture over the macaroni and toss until everything is well coated.

-Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour before serving.
