FanteFante (Fresh Fish Stew)

• Fante fante

-10 medium sized fresh fish

-5 medium sized onions

-5 large tomatoes

-1 medium bottle of palm oil

-1 tablespoonful of tomato puree

-Salt and pepper to taste

Methods

-Clean, wash and cut fish into pieces

-Wash, peel and slice onions

-Wash and slice tomatoes

-Heat palm oil in a clean saucepan

-Fry onions, tomatoes and pepper

-Add water, tomato puree and fish

-Add salt and leave to simmer for about five minutes and serve.
