Spinach avocado smoothie

Ingredients

  •     1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 tablespoon of chia Seeds

Method;

-Chop frozen apple and banana into chunks.

-combine and blend almond milk, spinach, avocado, apple, banana and chia seeds.

.

-Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a few chia seeds on top to garnish.
