An accident involving 4 cars just occurred at UPSA junction in Accra this dawn due to traffic light malfunction.

According to those who ply their trade on that route, for some time now, the traffic lights on the UPSA Junction stretch have been off.

This has resulted in heavy gridlock on the stretch.

Men from the Ghana Police Service are currently on the scene trying to restore some sanity on the road
