GMB 2022 to showcase rich Ghanaian, African cultural diversity

The season of beauty pageant, Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB) has successfully been launched in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional Capital.

The launch which took place at the Kumasi Cultural Centre on Sunday saw organisers of the show, TV3, unveil 16 beautiful ladies commencing the journey for the enviable crown as Ghana’s Most Beautiful this year.

This year’s edition themed, “Ghana’s Beauty, Africa’s Pride,” is expected to showcase the rich cultural diversity in Ghana and Africa.

Addressing the gathering at the launch, the General Manager of TV3, Mr. Francis Doku, reiterated their quest to ensuring the 2022 pageant showcases the rich Ghanaian and African culture while educating and entertaining viewers.

Mr. Doku also expressed gratitude to the sponsors for their unflinching support.

The 16 contestants ready for this year’s contest include Amoani (Eastern Region), Naa Ahema (Greater Accra Region), Xornam (Volta Region), Owusuwaa (Bono Region) and Takyiwaa (Bono East Region).

Other are Tiwaa (Ahafo Region), Kessewaa (Ashanti Region), Anaba (Upper East Region), Agbang (Upper West Region) and Teiya (Northern Region).

The rest are Yenupang (North East Region), Hariya (Savannah Region), Aiko (Oti Region), Aseiduwaa (Central Region), Nyarkoah (Western Region), and Afrah (Western North Region).
