 Sensational gospel musician, Solomon Yidana has been adjudged 2024 Gospel Artiste of the Year at the North East Music Awards (NEMA) for his outstanding contributions with local songs recently.

Organisers of the North East Music Awards scheme recognised Minister Solomon Yidana’s frantic efforts for soaring higher with the Northern language (Mampruli) through gospel music.

According to the organisers, it was prudent to recognise and appreciate the efforts of indi­viduals who are making strides in the local music industry.

In an interview, Minister Sol­omon Yidana he said the award adds to his commitment to do more inspirational songs that has power to positively impact the society.

He dedicated the award to his late father, Chief James Yiddi Yidana who fondly loves his music, and thanked the award scheme for
