Ghanaian actress and producer, Yvonne Nelson has expressed her disappointment in how the government is handling the current power issues.

According to her, from the posture of the government, they do not share in the plight of the ordinary Ghanaian and have taken the citizens for granted.

In a tweet to register her displeasure, she called out Imani Ghana saying “Imani Ghana, can we organise another vigil? I’ve been waiting for you to reach out like you did years back. (your team made our demo a success ) I’m reaching out myself.”

Yvonne Nelson added, “The NPP and its leadership @NAkufoAddo have taken Ghanaians for granted.”

In 2015, the Ghanaian actress organised a huge Dumsor Must Stop vigil, to express her disappointment with the NDC government’s handling of power during that time.
